I needed a room for my wife and I at short notice whilst travelling interstate and visiting family, due to a medical emergency. Nothing was too much trouble and the owners arranged a room and including our dog of course! Sure, the rooms are a bit dated but they are spotlessly clean. The staff are all friendly. Plenty of parking. Very neat and tidy place. I will return when the need arises.

We stayed here for an overnight stop and the lady at the front counter was extremely friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the room. It is an older building, but has been nicely renovated and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We were in a king room with a small balcony. The complimentary coffee machine made great coffees and the view from the restaurant stunning. It wasn't open today though, but worth mentioning. I wish we had more time to swim in the pool and enjoy the facilities. We will stay here again 😁

What a beautiful night we had at your property. The room was large and clean your check-in staff was very efficient and friendly and our dinner in your well appointed restaurant was the icing on the cake. Thankyou for making our ‘locals’ escape so enjoyable. So much to offer right in our own backyard.

only got to spend the night on a business trip but was pleasantly surprised. food was amazing, staff were super-friendly and I loved the retro fit-out, felt like a time capsule of the 80s. heaps of amenities such as pool, sauna and rec-room. would definitely recommend and I will be back next time I find myself in Coffs

Absolutely loved our stay. Room was amazing. Super cosy. Easy to find. Really a great spot will be my go to every school holidays. Great location if your driving from qld to Sydney. With a quick u turn your back on the highway with in a minute and servos right there for any top ups for the drive.Thank you to the staff for being for helpful and lovely.

Had a lovely experience at this motel! Stayed a few nights had breakfast at the beautiful restaurant and was able to order room service at night for a chill evening. The staff were lovely and helpful. Budget friendly motel for me and my family would definitely stay here again. IT EVEN HAS A POOL AND SAUNA.

New managers as of mid-2024. They have worked hard to bring everything up to scratch. Great situation nestled among the trees with large well-kept grounds - enough to go for a meandering morning walk. Lovely ambiance in the restaurant. Rooms and pool are clean.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Sanctuary for 3 nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was a great spot to unwind, and the food was good, servings were generous.

We had car troubles on our travels and needed last minute accommodation for us and our dogs. Emily at reception was so incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring we had a room for us all. Thankfully, we were able to stay for two nights, which alleviated our stress. The groundsman was also very kind, offering to get us a drink of cold water while we waited for our car.The room was comfortable and clean. The grounds were very pretty, and nice to walk the dogs around. Would stay here again, even without the car troubles!
